Stok Investment Group, operating Lost Trail Lodge, LLC and Thelma Hut, LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use our sites or make an inquiry or booking.

What we collect

Information you give us — your name, email, phone, trip dates, group size, and message when you inquire or book. Payment details are handled by our payment and booking processors, not stored by us directly. We may also collect basic, non-identifying usage data if analytics are enabled.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, manage and confirm bookings, arrange your stay and any add-ons, send trip and arrival information, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us operate — for example our booking engine (Lodgify), payment processor (Stripe), listing platforms you book through (such as Airbnb), and email tools — and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of marketing emails at any time. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. To make a request, contact us below.

Retention & security

We keep booking and inquiry records only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal/accounting requirements, and take reasonable measures to protect them.
